Our work focuses on monitoring how FSA regulation is affecting smaller firms, and challenging proposals that may have a disproportionate impact on them. Our aim is to encourage the FSA to limit provisions that would unnecessarily restrict enterprise, innovation and competition in the small firms sector.

We work by meeting every month to engage in debate with FSA staff on the policy and operational developments that have small business implications.

To help us in this, we welcome feedback from others working in smaller businesses in financial services who may be able to contribute to what we say to the FSA.

Our current and previous topics are listed with an opportunity for those with experience and opinions to feed in their points of view to our debates.
