Retail Mediation Activities Return

Retail mediation activities return is a mechanism for reporting to the FSA various data relevant to the retail sector. We have engaged in dialogue with the FSA since 2007 with regard to requirements for regulatory returns as applied to smaller firms seeking to minimise the undue burden placed on smaller firms.
