Particular areas of interest on the Panel
Fiona particularly looks to raise issues and concerns of small mutuals on the SBPP. She feels these can be too easily overlooked by the current regulatory regime, even though it is the small mutual sector that is driving forward Child Trust Funds (CTFs) - one of the most important financial inclusion policies for a generation. In addition she is keen to give a voice to mutuals which are struggling against capped income levels with increasing regulatory/cost burdens.
